The era of audience participation in the selection and assembly of catered food is at an apex. Recently, Wolfgang Puck Catering shared a new interactve culinary station with Catersource, as shown at a recnt event at Reunion Tower in Dallas.
The station served two purposes: as part of the menu and also as a giveaway station. The flavored olive oils (garlic, chili, and rosemary) were placed in large beverage dispensers and served alongside signature artisan breads.
In addition, the Wolfgang Puck team placed all three oils in smaller bottles for guests to take as a gift from the event. They also set up a bar where guests could create their own flavored olive oils to take home.
