In March 2018, six chef teams competed on the Catersource Tradeshow floor in Las Vegas with a “mystery box” of ingredients and a supplemental pantry in order to become the Catersource DICED champion 2018.

Chef competitors representing Caesars Palace’s Guy Savoy Restaurant, Footers Catering, The JDK Group, The Wild Thyme Company, Tastebuds Catering, Culinary Crafts, and STF Events put their heads together and developed a recipe on the fly in order to wow the judges.  With a $3,000 check on the line for the winning chef team, it all came down to Taste, Presentation, Creativity, and Originality.
