Please use the below resources to ensure you have provided everything necessary for your participation at the 2015 Art of Catering Food conference.
Presentation Materials
As part of the attendee package, speakers are to provide all presentation materials to Catersource by the date indicated on your speaker agreement. This includes powerpoint slides, handouts, recipes and any additional materials you wish to provide to attendees. They will be able to download these materials during and after the conference.
To create a professional appearance and to assist you in your planning, we ask that you use the below templates when creating your presentation materials.
*Note: please submit recipes using the handout template and include all parts of the recipe in one file (ie. ingredients, method, assembly for all parts–sauces, protein, vegetables, etc). We will use this to format the recipes for the download site and want to ensure they are complete for use.
Promotion
In addition to gaining attendance at the show, we also want your session(s) to be as successful as possible. Our marketing is only enhanced by your continuous promotion leading up to the show!
